Your Training System

Know the Product. Earn the Conversation. Close the Engagement.

Selling Daitalink requires more than a pitch deck. Prospects are business owners who have heard AI promises before. They need to feel like you understand their operation — their team, their gaps, their cost of staying where they are. That takes knowledge, discovery skill, and a conversation that earns the right to present a solution.

This system is how you get there before a real call. Use Allie to learn the Daitalink suite, practice your diagnostic, and sharpen your objection responses. Use Ivan to run the full conversation live — with realistic resistance, natural hesitation, and an honest rating when it’s over.

Work through the syllabus below in order. Don’t move to the next module until Ivan rates you Very Good or Excellent. That’s the standard. That’s how you get ready.

Training Syllabus

Five Modules. One Standard. Reach Very Good Before You Move On.

Work through each module with Allie first, then run the Ivan scenario at the end. You’re not done with a module until Ivan rates you Very Good or Excellent. Allie can quiz you, coach you, and build custom scenarios for each topic.

Module 01
Daitalink Foundation
What Daitalink is, what it isn’t, and how to explain it in under 30 seconds. Most reps lose prospects here by over-explaining. You won’t.
  • What “fully managed” means — and why it matters vs. software or SaaS
  • The “Always Improving” operating principle and how to use it in conversation
  • Overview of all 9 Daitalink products and what problem each one solves
  • The 30-second Daitalink explanation that doesn’t sound like a pitch
  • Why business owners have heard AI promises before — and how to be different
Ivan Scenario → Cold outreach to a skeptical owner who “already looked at AI tools”  ·  Target: Very Good
Module 02
The Diagnostic Conversation
The Daitalink sale is a discovery sale. The diagnostic is how you earn the right to present. Know the framework, the questions, and what you’re actually listening for.
  • SPIN Selling applied to Daitalink — Situation, Problem, Implication, Need-Payoff
  • Ivan’s six rating dimensions and what each one measures
  • Key discovery questions that surface real operational pain
  • Industry-specific pain points: insurance, mortgage, auto, home services
  • How to get a prospect to describe your solution before you pitch it
Ivan Scenario → Discovery call with an insurance agency owner  ·  Target: Very Good
Module 03
Product Mastery & Matching
Nine products. Knowing them is table stakes. Knowing which one to lead with — and how to explain it in the prospect’s language — is the skill.
  • All 9 products: InForce, InDrive, InLend, InSell, InService, InTech, AI Compliance, AskInteract, InTraining
  • Matching the right product to the right pain point in the conversation
  • Explaining InForce vs. InTraining when prospects confuse them
  • AI Compliance — who needs it and how to introduce the concept
  • Cross-sell and upsell flows once a client is in the system
Ivan Scenario → Follow-up where the prospect is confused about which product fits  ·  Target: Very Good
Module 04
Objection Handling
Every Daitalink objection sounds different but comes from the same place — skepticism about AI, fear of complexity, or price anchoring to the wrong comparison. Know each one cold.
  • “We already have training / an AI tool / a process” — shift from existence to effectiveness
  • “AI doesn’t work for our industry” — isolate the assumption and reframe
  • “It’s too expensive” — anchor to the cost of the status quo
  • “Let me think about it” and “We’re not ready” — surface the real objection
  • Stacked objections — when two or three come at once
Ivan Scenario → Hard objection call: “We have ChatGPT, training, and no budget”  ·  Target: Very Good
Module 05
Full Conversation Practice & Rating
This is the integration module. Run complete calls — cold to close — and ask Ivan to rate your performance. Allie reviews your low-rated dimensions. Ivan reruns the scenario. Repeat until you reach Very Good or Excellent on all four.
Scenario A
  • Cold call → discovery → set demo
  • Prospect: skeptical owner, insurance
Scenario B
  • Discovery → present solution → handle objections
  • Prospect: mortgage branch manager
Scenario C
  • Competitive displacement call
  • Prospect: using a competitor or DIY AI
Scenario D
  • Close and commitment call
  • Prospect: warm, interested, stalling
Target: Very Good or Excellent on all four scenarios before running a live Daitalink sales call

🕵
Live Roleplay Customer
Ivan — Practice the Call Live

Ivan plays the prospect. You play the Daitalink rep. He responds the way real business owners do — skeptical, busy, not easily impressed. He pushes back on AI promises, asks about ROI, and gives you resistance that mirrors what you’ll actually face in the field. When the call ends, ask Ivan to rate your performance across six dimensions.

Say “ring ring” to start · “stop and score” for mid-call rating · Easy / Medium / Hard difficulty

🎯
The Standard
Very Good Before the Live Call.

Ivan rates each call across six dimensions: opening, rapport, discovery, objection handling, value presentation, and close. He gives you one of four ratings — Needs More Practice, Good, Very Good, or Excellent. You need Very Good or Excellent on a module scenario before moving on. Bring your rating back to Allie, work the weak dimension, and run it again.

Opening · Rapport · Discovery · Objection Handling · Value Presentation · Close

How It Works

Learn It. Practice It. Get Rated. Repeat.

Start every session by telling Allie where you are in the syllabus or what you need to work on. Give her your email address first so she can log your session and send your report. Then just speak naturally — no special commands needed.

When you’re ready to run a live scenario, Allie transfers you to Ivan. He’ll ask about the scenario, lock it in, and tell you to say “ring ring” when you’re ready to start. From that point forward, you’re in the call. Treat it like a real prospect. The rating reflects how you actually performed.

After every Ivan session, ask for your rating. Bring it back to Allie, isolate the lowest-rated dimension, coach through it, and run it again. That loop is the system. That loop is what gets you ready.

Practice Scenarios

The Calls You’ll Actually Face in the Field

These are the five most common Daitalink call types. Reach Very Good with Ivan before you run them live. Each one has a distinct dynamic that requires a different approach.

📞
Cold Outreach
First call to a business owner who has never heard of Daitalink. Ivan is skeptical, mildly interested, and has heard AI pitches before. Your job: earn the next conversation without pitching.
🔎
Discovery & Diagnostic
A structured diagnostic call with a warm lead. Ivan is open but not sold. Your job is to uncover real operational pain before you ever mention a solution. SPIN in practice.
📈
Demo Follow-Up
Ivan has seen the demo and is interested but stalling. There are internal approvals, budget questions, and vague hesitation. Your job: surface the real blocker and move it forward.
🥊
Competitive Displacement
Ivan is already using ChatGPT, an LMS, or another AI tool and doesn’t see the need to change. Your job: shift the comparison from features to outcomes — and from tools to managed systems.
🎯
Stop and Score
Say “stop and score” at any point mid-call. Ivan pauses the scenario and rates your performance up to that moment. Use it when you know you just made a mistake and want immediate feedback.

Who This Is For

Every Rep on the Daitalink Team

New Daitalink Reps

Start at Module 1 and work through the syllabus in order. Reach Very Good with Ivan before you move on. Don’t run a live Daitalink sales call until you’ve passed all five modules. Allie will tell you where you are.

Experienced Reps

Use the system before any real call that matters — a big account, a competitive situation, or a conversation where you know you’ll face specific objections. Allie preps, Ivan rates. Then you go live sharp.

Sales Managers

Review Ivan ratings to identify where your team is breaking down. If most reps land “Needs More Practice” on discovery, that’s a system problem. Use the ratings to direct coaching where it actually moves the number.

Anyone Facing a Hard Call

Got a prospect who pushes back hard on AI? A competitive situation you haven’t faced before? Build the scenario with Allie, run it with Ivan, and walk into the real call with the reps already on the table.

The Standard

Very Good Before the Real Call.
Every Time.

Work the syllabus. Run the scenarios. Let Ivan’s rating tell you where you are. When you reach Very Good, go into the real conversation knowing you’ve already done it once.
