The whole deal, in one paragraph.

If a business becomes a Daitalink client because you sent them, we pay you ten percent of every monthly invoice they pay us, every month, for as long as they remain a client. If they stay four years, you get paid for four years. There is no cap on how many clients you refer and no cap on how long the commission runs.

We wrote it this way on purpose. A first-year commission pays you to make an introduction. A commission that runs as long as the client does pays you to send us people we can actually keep — which is the only kind of referral worth having.

The terms, stated plainly

Ten percent of the monthly. Whatever the client pays us each month, you get ten percent of it. If their plan grows, so does your check.

For as long as they are a client. No twelve-month cliff, no expiration, no renewal to negotiate.

The one-time build is not included. Commission is on recurring monthly revenue only.

Paid after we are paid. We collect from the client first. We do not pay commission on money we have not received.

Nothing to buy, nothing to join. No fee, no kit, no minimum, no territory, no exclusivity.

You do not have to be a client. Clients and non-clients are on the same terms.

One program, one rate, one page. If a referral program needs a tier chart to explain, somebody is being managed by it.

How a referral gets credited to you.

Two ways, because referrals happen two ways. One of them is a link on a screen. The other one happens standing in a parking lot after a meeting, and no link is going to catch that.

Your referral link

You get a numbered link when you sign up. Anyone who reaches our site through it is attributed to you automatically, and the attribution follows them through the site — not just the page they landed on. Share it however you want: email, text, LinkedIn, a signature line.

Register the name yourself

For the referrals that happen on the phone or across a table, log in to partner.daitalink.com and register the company and contact before we speak with them. That registration is the record. It is the same credit as the link and it protects you when the person you referred looks us up on their own instead of clicking anything.

We tell you where you stand within one business day

When you register a name, you get an answer quickly: credited to you, or already an active conversation on our side. You find that out before you spend any more of your time on it — not after the deal closes.

The tie-breakers, so nobody has to argue later

First in time wins. Whichever arrives first — the link click or the registration — is the one that gets credit.
An existing conversation is not a referral. If we are already talking with that company when your registration arrives, there is no commission. We will say so immediately.
One commission per client. A client is credited to one partner. We do not split, and we do not pay two people for the same account.
Your own account does not count. You cannot refer yourself or a business you own.
A registration holds for ninety days. If the company has not become a client in that window, the registration lapses and can be re-registered by you or anyone else.

When the money actually moves.

We invoice the client. The client pays. Then we pay you. That order never changes, and it is the reason we can promise a commission that runs for the life of the account instead of one that quietly stops when the math gets uncomfortable.

No cap, no cliff, no renewal

One referred client on our mid tier pays a partner somewhere in the low hundreds a month — every month, for as long as they stay. Five of them is a real number arriving for years, from work you did once. Run it against your own.

What you are, and what you are not.

This part matters more than the commission rate. You are making an introduction, not representing us, and the difference protects you as much as it protects Daitalink.

You are an independent referral partner. Not an employee, not a contractor for services, not an agent, not a reseller. Nothing here creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.
You do not quote, negotiate, or promise. Do not name a price, commit to a timeline, or promise a result. Send them to the site — our pricing is published at daitalink.com/investment precisely so nobody has to guess at it.
You cannot sign anything on our behalf or hold yourself out as speaking for Daitalink.
Describe what you know. If you are a client, say what it does for you. If you are not, say what you have read. Do not describe results you have not seen.
You handle your own taxes. Commission is paid gross, with no withholding.
Confidential information stays confidential. Anything non-public we share with you about our clients, pricing, or systems is not yours to pass along.

The only thing that will ever cost you a commission you have already earned is misrepresenting what we do in order to get the referral. Short of that, the money keeps coming.

Ending it, and what happens to your commissions

Either of us can end this arrangement at any time, in writing, for any reason. What happens next is the part most programs are vague about, so here it is in full.

If you leave

Commissions on clients you already referred continue for as long as those clients stay with us. You stop being able to register new referrals. You do not stop getting paid on the ones you sent.

If we end it

Same result. Existing commissions keep running. We are not going to build a program on a lifetime promise and then reserve the right to end it by ending you.

The one exception

Misrepresenting Daitalink, our clients, our pricing, or our results to obtain a referral ends the arrangement and the commissions with it. That is the only thing that does.

We may update these terms going forward, with notice, and changes apply to referrals made after the change — never retroactively to clients you have already sent us.

What counts as a client. A referred business becomes a client when it signs a Daitalink agreement and pays its first invoice. Commission begins with that first monthly invoice we collect and continues every month the account remains active and paying.

What commission is calculated on. Ten percent of recurring monthly service revenue actually collected, excluding the one-time build fee, taxes, pass-through costs, refunds, and credits. If a client’s monthly changes — up or down — the commission follows it.

Registrations and existing conversations. A referral registered through the partner portal is held for ninety days. If Daitalink already has an open, documented conversation with that company at the time of registration, no commission attaches, and we will tell you within one business day rather than at the end of the sales cycle.

This page is the agreement. The terms above, together with the confirmation email we send you, are the whole arrangement. We may update them prospectively with notice; changes never apply retroactively to clients you have already referred. Governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
