- no automated or AI-assisted system can eliminate all operational, compliance, communication, or business risk

Clients assume responsibility for how outputs, recommendations, communications, analyses, workflows, and system interactions are used within their operations.
8. No Warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daitalink provides services “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Daitalink disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
